How to start playing on PlanetPixelmon.com

The Following are rules to follow while connecting to the Pixelmoncraft family of servers. Failure to follow the posted rules will result in punishment and, if proven severe enough, a ban from the servers. Please note that Staff Members have final say while enforcing these rules. (* or ** see disclaimer after rule 10)

1. No Offensive Language

• No: Swearing*, Sexist Remarks, Discrimination of any kind, or things that would be considered not safe for work. 
• Private messages are moderated to a lesser degree. However Racism, Sexism, and other hate speech still won't be tolderated even if said in private.
• Note: Usage of acronyms still count as offensive terms. Player usernames or prefixes that conflict with this rule will have there account muted until they are changed.

2. No Spam

• Only 2 messages with same content per chat window, Max of 5 of the same character in one message, and no spacing/AltErNaTiNg caps of letters.

3. No Advertising

• We ask that you don't advertise other servers, websites, real life products, or Youtube channels.

4. Be Respectful

• Be Respectful, respect all other players, staff and elite-4 members. Harassment, discrimination, and griefing are disrespectful acts and will not be tolerated. 
• If you have a problem with the way a player is treating you please bring this up with a staff member privately, making complaints about other players in public could break this rule so it is always better to bring this up privately to staff.
• If you have a problem with the way a staff member has treated you please take it up with a manager, bringing these type of issues up in public serves no purpose and could break this rule.

5. No Theft

• Taking anything that is not yours (if you are trusted or not) or ripping off someone via scam are examples of theft.

 6. No Cheating

Examples of cheating:

• Abusing a glitch or fault in the game for personal gain
• Abusing a mod that gives you a unfair advantage over others (i.e x-ray, gameshark)
• Using a Hacked Client or third party program
• Not reporting a glitch that can be used for personal gain

7. No Impersonation

• Pretending to be someone you're not is prohibited. (i.e. Pretending to be a staff member or Mod developer)

8. No Real World Item trading

• No in-game items, pokemon, money, or services for outside pokemon, items, money, or services will be permitted.

9. No Player-to-Player Gambling

• Staff will not enforce betting/gambling of any kind. (i.e. The winner of a battle gets money or casinos)

10. No Backseat Moderating

• Players may remind another player of the rules but may not enforce punishment or threaten action for said rules.

Forum rules

These rules are for the pixelmoncraft forums. Everyone has to follow, obey and respect these rules.
These rules exist to keep the in game situation as natural as possible.
Not following these rules will result into a punishment.

Do not:

1. Flame or insult other members.
2. Abuse or encourage abuse of the Reputation, Post Reporting, or Private Messaging Systems.
3. Post personally identifiable information (i.e. name, address, email, phone number, etc.)
4. Bump threads.
5. Necro post. No need to revive obviously dead topics for no good reason, make a new topic if needed.
6. Derail a thread's topic.
7. Post links to phishing sites or other harmful webpages.
8. Advertise for other servers.
9. Post spam or Re-post Closed, Modified, Deleted Content.
10. Repetitively post in the incorrect forum (example: trade requests belong in trading forum).
11. Openly argue with a moderator. Contact the Moderator via a private message.
12. Publicly post or otherwise share PMs with other users unless you have the expressed permission of the sender to do so. Private Messages are intended to be just that - private.
13. Signatures can only have a total height of 150px. Images in signatures can only be 100px high.
14. No Backseat Moderating: Let the Moderators do the moderating. Backseat Moderating is when people who are not Moderators try to enforce the forum rules. Whenever you see a person breaking the rules, take advantage of the "Report this post" link. Or simply IGNORE the offensive post(s) or thread. Backseat moderating is annoying, and pointless.

Discord rules

The Discord rules are effective on the PixelmonCraft Discord Server
They exist to keep the voice chat and chatbox as safe and clean as possible.
Not following these rules will result into a punishment.

1. Your Teamspeak/Discord username must clearly include your Minecraft username.
2. Do not yell over the top of each other.
3. Do not spam other users through the use of PM’s, pokes or within the channel chat.
4. Do not impersonate anyone under any circumstances.
5. Do not threaten other users.
6. Do not annoy people on purpose.
7. Do not use bad / foul language.
8. Do not transmit music over teamspeak if a user has asked you to stop, the same goes for voice changers.
9. Do not advertise other Game Servers,Teamspeak servers, or Discord Servers this will result in an instant ban.
10. Do not ask to be a Gymleader or Pokehelper.
11. Do not demand an unban for a friend, this will also get you banned.
12. Personal attacks and are not permitted.
13. Recording voice chat is not permitted, you will get an automatic kick.
14. Joining channels that you do not usually associate with for the purpose of trolling is also not permitted.

If you are banned/kicked from the Teamspeak or Discord server, do not attempt to evade (get around) your ban. Instead you should visit the Website.
